Benidorm mountain: Puig Campana

If we want to enjoy the mountains, close to Benidorm is the Puig Campana, 1,400 meters high.
It is a beautiful place, vegetation, forest, and snow in winter. Puig Campana is only 30 km. Benidorm (8 km straight line from its apex to the sea), and the ascent of the mountain, we meet with very pretty villages, such as Finestrat. From this town, leave trails of various environmental and scenic interest. One of them links Finestrat Sella, while the other joins Finestrat, Benimantell in the Vall de Guadalest.

Confrides is another beautiful place, where we have been yesterday in a friend's house, a house built on the Rock, with a beautiful forest around it, and where you can see the entire mountain. (My friend sold this house and if you are interested, you can ask here).

Turborock Festival: Benidorm

For its second edition, the Festival Turborock has decided to change Valencia to Benidorm. It will be September 3, at the Auditirio Julio Iglesias of Benidorm. From five in the afternoon until two in the morning, you can enjoy with: D Generation, Urge Overkill,  The Bellrays, Jesse Malin & St. Marks Social Slim Cessna's Auto Club and Layabouts.

Low Cost Festival and ElectroBeach Festival in Benidorm

Benidorm is a city of  tourists destination, not only for its beaches but also for cultural and sporting events. From that Song festival that once found a very young Julio Iglesias, until our days a Indie music in its purest state: Low Cost Benidorm Festival. The organization wanted to repeat a year, this time the site has been chosen is Ciudad Deportiva de Guillermo Amor, in Foietes. The festival will take place on 20, 21 and 22 this month, which will be attended myths enshrined in the alternative music of national and international scene as Mika, Sidonie, Mando Diao, Dorian, Vetusta Morla, Fangoria or Love of veterans and Lesbian and Lori Meyers already enlivened the festival last year.

Viktor Ferrando: exhibition of sculptures in Benidorm

In the gardens and access ramp to the square of Their Majesties The Kings of Spain (Benidorm), has opened the exhibition of sculptures by the artist of Calpe,  Viktor Ferrando.

 This exhibition, called "Planet Ferrovia. Sector IV. Latitude 38 º 32'0''N, Longitude 0 º 8'0''W. Dimensions of Infinite Space " it is composed of large pieces, and  remain in Benidorm until next October 5th.

Benidorm: beach and F1

This weekend is predicted to rise many temperature, but on the coast of Valencia, Benidorm also, temperatures will remain pleasant. So, Sunday morning will be a great day to bath in the clear Mediterranean waters of Benidorm.

Monday Benidorm celebrates Gay Pride Day

The Association of Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender (ALGTB) of Benidorm, and Benidorm Town Council, will mark Gay Pride Day with the deployment on the balcony of city hall, a rainbow flag to seven meters in length that identifies the collective.

The LGBT Pride Day, also known as Gay Pride Day, consists of a series of events each year celebrating LGBT groups to urge publicly for tolerance and equality for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people. This festival takes place on June 28.

Alicante celebrates Hogueras

Alicante is near of Benidorm, a half hour, and Alicante celebrates Hogueras for several days (until 24), the great tribute to the fire, similar to the Fallas in Valencia: the enormous figures of cardboard and wood burning in the night San Juan. Fire and fun!

Benidorm participates in the World Travel Market

Magical Kings in Benidorm
